angelsong Posted November 6, 2005 at 06:35 AM Posted November 6, 2005 at 06:35 AM I personally think it's better to send a kid to a normal school, even with the moving around and stuff, it's much better to put your kid into the real world.... to let them interact with all those other children. I think the regular school environment is just healthier for a kids development! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree with that as well. I was thinking, where and when will he be able to make friends? I was homeschooled, but not until I was in 11th and 12th grade. I think if later on he wanted to be homeschooled or it came to that, then that should be his choice. Scully: Shouldn't that be my picture next to that headline? Or is that you just having a little fun? Mulder: Do I LOOK like I'm having fun, Scully? Scully: You look constipated, actually. Mulder: That would make sense. I've had my head up my rear end for the last five years.
Mozinha Posted November 6, 2005 at 09:16 AM Posted November 6, 2005 at 09:16 AM I think he is going to be homeschooled only during his kindergarten years, mostly because of her Vegas schedule. She said this on that french magazine (we have the scans somewhere in a topic) if I'm not mistaken. Celine was worried that if he went to school now, he would barely see her during the day and couldn't see her during the night because he would have to sleep early. And he would hate school because it would be taking him away from mom and dad. This is no normal kid with a normal life. Celine was very smart do adjust his learning to their busy and not so normal life. As far as I learned in college, we must give young children the best environment possible for their first learnings... or it will mark them forever and they won't do good. Celine made a wise decision. Céli~Beli Posted June 20, 2006 at 06:58 AM Posted June 20, 2006 at 06:58 AM LOL Celine was sooooooo cute when she was talking about him starting school. She said that he was running around the house crying and then he hid under his table in his play room. She said that they had to play "where's Rene-Charles" to get him to come out.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww how adorable Quote ~Céline Dion ROCKS!!!~ ~*'CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE'*~ (: http://www.geocities.com/celinemultimedia_auhttp://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b332/celibeli/newbanner.jpg
Depp27 Posted June 21, 2006 at 07:35 AM Posted June 21, 2006 at 07:35 AM Celine made a very wise decision to start his school at home. Just see his reaction to the teacher. Seemed pretty much scared. Now imagine if she just left him in a school ful of strangers.Truth is, as Celine said, they don't live a normal life so she was very wise do adapt his learning to way of life. It will be very good for him we will learn faster and will be well prepared! I wish I could be his teacher!!!!<{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think the complete opposite...he needs to learn to be with other kids, not just his parents. Pleanty of Celebs have kids and they go to school. Every kid is scared the first day of school, but the longer you wait, the more scared of social circumstances they will be. She needs to let him go...even Oprah said they need to have another baby to give him some room. Quote
