Does someone know how many copies of these albums were sold in Canada?

Yes, it's a shame. But labels usually have to pay to have certification (from CRIA, in the case of Canada). Sony BMG doesn't pay for Céline's promotion, why should it pay to have Céline's certifications? BTW, I'm sure Miracle is more than Gold in Canada. And for sure On Ne Change Pas is Gold, yet.
