I was sitting at dinner with my parents tonight and they surprised me by saying "we are going to the Grand Canyon in less than a month, and we are also going to see Celine on November 4th". OMGGGGGGG everyone I cannot begin to tell you about my feelings right now. I'm tearing up becaues this has been my dream for so long now and I can't believe this. I am seeing my role model live in concert for the first time in her biggest shining hour on Nov. 4th.. Two questions:Number 1: Is anyone else going on that date?Number 2: BIG question...can anyone tell me about backstage passes? I mean do you have to pay for them, if so how much, how do you get a backstage pass to meet her? Any information about that would be greatly appreciated.. With regard to backstage passes, you can't purchase them anywhere. Believe me if you could purchase them everyone on this site would buy them when they went to the show! The most common people that get to see Celine backstage are young children, and people that are lucky enough to win the various contests out there, like on the "teamceline" website. But, if you've been reading various posts on this website there have been other people that have met her backstage. There was a recent post where these fans from Holland came to see the show and had brought a specially drawn portrait of Celine and her late father. They tried to leave it as a gift at the front ticket desk at Caesar's but were refused. But later, they were able to give the portrait to someone and they later got a phone call allowing them to meet Celine backstage since she loved the portrait so much. Also there have been other people that have met people that work at the show and sometimes have gotten to meet Celine this way. It's not easy to get to meet her, but it can be done.
