Guest Reuben Posted September 26, 2005 at 08:21 PM Posted September 26, 2005 at 08:21 PM Im wondering, why do they have soundchecks? At first I thought because sound changes from place to place...and so on. But then I saw Celine doing a sound check on extra (check multimedia section) and the sound doesnt change in the collosseum...?So Id be greatful if someone could answer my question:) Quote
VanMerlin Posted September 26, 2005 at 10:57 PM Posted September 26, 2005 at 10:57 PM It's to warm-up her voice, to make sure all the equipment is running and working as it should, and to probably to make sure all the settings of the instruments are still the same in relation to each other. To just go on stage thinking that nothing changes and nothing can go wrong is not a chance they can take with a show that important. They have to be sure that everything sounds as best as it can each and every night. Quote
