Miracle: behind the scenes

A wonderful time was had by all who attended the Miracle Tea Party at the ‘Parnell Rose Gardens’ in Auckland, New Zealand. This very special event was hosted by Anne and her husband Kel to say a big thank you to the New Zealand parents and babies who played a large part in the photography for Anne’s latest book, Miracle. About 80% of the babies photographed for Miracle were from New Zealand, photographed in Anne’s studio in Auckland and the others were babies from America photographed in Las Vegas.

Anne chose the Rose Gardens as the venue because she has had a long association with this particular garden. The head gardener has always provided beautiful flowers for her photography projects and the Miracle project was no exception.

 

It was a wonderful opportunity for Anne and her staff who worked on the Miracle project to meet the babies and their parents again and after a year, as you can imagine, the newborns had become toddlers!

 

The parents watched a special video sent by Celine Dion saying how much she had enjoyed working with Anne and all the babies throughout the Miracle project and how she would love to be with them all today celebrating Miracle’s success.

I thought it's the special video sent by Celine Dion saying how much she had enjoyed working with Anne and all the babies throughout the Miracle project and how she would love to be with them all today celebrating Miracle’s success.

but all the video clips are taken from the Making of Miracle DVD come with the book.
