Der_Griffon Posted September 24, 2005 at 05:37 PM Posted September 24, 2005 at 05:37 PM Does anybody remember seeing this like ages ago on the net? I remember it was listed in the official Celine Dion Vidography section on the MTV site. I saw it like ages ago, 7 years or so...Then I looked all over the net for it and I saw it in some not very popular eshops. I remember it had a tracklist description, which included "Oxygene", one of my favourite songs. But noone was ever able to tell me anything about it, instead people rushed in telling me I was going nuts...So if anybody remembers this insane story arround this video, I would be glad to know more about it... Unfortunately, nobody bothered. Der_Griffon Posted September 24, 2005 at 06:35 PM Author Posted September 24, 2005 at 06:35 PM By the way, did you see another curiosity - there IS a price for it on some sites. and it's persitent - 16,89$. I'm investigating every site that might have the slightest information now. This is really soooo wierd. But if anybody could ask Rene about that...well, why not:) Quote http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj229/Der_Griffon/SIGNATURE-1-1-1.jpg March 15th and 16th 2011, Las VegasThank you Celine and thank you friends! Der_Griffon Posted September 24, 2005 at 06:52 PM Author Posted September 24, 2005 at 06:52 PM Latest updates: This addres http://www.magic107.com/iplaylist/album/262126/ offers the option "Buy now" for this item (Olympia Video) and it does give the same description, although it seems that we are talking of a VCD. In some other stores the listed "Live at the Olympia [VIDEO]" goes to a section, which is talking about a Tristar CD. Including "Oxygene" of course. The problem is that it seems they have a CD Audio from Tristar with this. EWhich is strange...because I also encountered a "Des Mots Qui Sonnent" audio Cd, released by Tristar. It's just getting worse and worse.... Quote http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj229/Der_Griffon/SIGNATURE-1-1-1.jpg March 15th and 16th 2011, Las VegasThank you Celine and thank you friends! Clari Posted September 24, 2005 at 07:43 PM Posted September 24, 2005 at 07:43 PM Sam Goody used to have a listing for the "Olympia" video, it said "Saturn Records" . If there is a video somewhere... Scully: Shouldn't that be my picture next to that headline? Or is that you just having a little fun? Mulder: Do I LOOK like I'm having fun, Scully? Scully: You look constipated, actually. Mulder: That would make sense. I've had my head up my rear end for the last five years.
Javito_old Posted September 25, 2005 at 11:31 AM Posted September 25, 2005 at 11:31 AM If we could have this concert in our hands... I think is the best live concert Céline has ever made, her voice in that time (TCOML years) was gorgeous, she made incredible things with her voice. I think that vocally, this À L'Olympia CD is insuperable Quote

eggy Posted September 25, 2005 at 07:53 PM Posted September 25, 2005 at 07:53 PM Well Shonah, you know the CD "Live À L'Olympia"? There is supposed to be a video from this concert as well, as it can be found on several internet shopsites. However, this video was never released, the only thing is that we have tracklistings and record companies that were to publish it. It appears that once they were planning on releasing this video, but due to some unknown reasons the release was cancelled or postponed indefinitely... Same goes for the Millennium Concert. I once saw a poster of it, but it was never released... Maybe one day they'll still release À L'Olympia or the millennium concert...? Keeping my fingers crossed here!!!
