I love the Rosie O'Donnell interviews, especially the one with Richard Simmons, cooking. Where he picks her up and carries her around and then she commences to eat everything on the table and not really say much haha so funny. Céline seriously cracks me up during this interview! Plus she is to die for gorgeous!

For me it's gotta be the one where Oprah surprises Celine with all her family in the studio and Celine just goes crazy and they all sing together

 

Also the Rosie O Donnell with Richard Simmons and Celine cooking like Lindsey said, it's just one of the best Celine interviews of all time...so hillarious ...."I was in the dressing room, and then you said I was gonna cook with her....I got diarrhea"

 

The one where Celine tells the story about the cockroach on stage too Oh and the one where Celine breaks the heel of her shoe

 

There's one GMA when she sings LTAL for the first time with her band and she messes up the lyrics and she's so ashamed I wanted to hug her but I love that one cause it shows the human Celine who can make mistakes.

 

The show La Fureur when Celine plays the game to guess the name of her songs by just the intro...very fun and interesting.

 

More recently the one with Wayne Brady is pretty good and the one with Oprah in Vegas. " you make me proud to spell my name WOMAN" yea!!

 

The interview with Denisse Bombardier in Monaco and the one with Lise Payette from 92 (Tête à Tête) have got to be very special too. Very out of the ordinary interviews where she really opens up.

 

Apart from TV moments, just seeing her live in my country has got to be at the top of the list for sure.
