I think her best hair throughout the entire AND run was in 2005/2006 with the long dark waves.

LeAnn Rimes' VEVO channel recently uploaded her performance of "Big Deal" from the telethon as well. It looks like, somehow, the rights for the telethon performances of years past look to have been released.
