i really like your originality in writting songs...i have to confess that i never wrote a song thanking jesus and stuff like that. i only wrote one called "letter to you my lord". if you want,i can post it. you are one of a kind songwriter

Raluca, you have excellent symbolism and imagery in your lyrics. You make the listener (or reader in this instance) actually SEE things, and you assume that your audience has some intelligence...THANK YOU!! You show, instead of just telling things outright, and that is the mark of a more intermediate writer. You also possess the appreciation of good rhythm. You show gentility in your words, and a maturity that keeps you far beyond the sappy lyrics of people who just want to say something but don't know how to do it with subtly and grace and without just saying it straight to your face without any colour or story. You, my friend, have much potential. Keep practicing.

now let's see....i have a program for recording,i have a mike..i can sing..hey you're right! i just have ti think carefully at the way i sing them...cause not all have a melody..but "angel feathers" has and "letter to you ,my lord" has too...tomorrow i'm going to record myself singing some celine songs and i'll try my own songs too...i want to try "thank you" that i write for celine and share it to you...i'm curious!

0Maybe you need to purchase Cakewalk and learn to put the songs to music. Some of the Cakewalk programs have a keyboard built into it in case you don't have one.

that would be so cool! i can't wait for the tutorial! you see,i could record some of my songs(cause not all have a melody in my head),but it's hard without having a melody to follow cause you have to remember how you've sung the refrain i did that with "thank you" and it camed out a disaster,in my opinion . i'll probably put it on the forum to let you make an idea of how the song sounds in my head...but i'm afraid you'll have a heart atack of laughing
