Ronny83 Posted August 2, 2005 at 10:30 PM Posted August 2, 2005 at 10:30 PM Saturday, July 30Submitted by Erin from Anchorage Well i am not sure if this counts as news but I was in Las Vegas this past week with my best friend Deanna and my Dad and we saw Celine in the show A New Day, it was my Father's and I second time. It was wonderful! The reason I am writing this is because that night on the 24 of July, Celine's brother Michel came out with his shirt off on the song Seduces me. This is a part in the song where the male dancers come out and are crawling on the floor towards Celine. Here he was though strutting his stuff, I didn't see it ( because I was looking at Celine's backup singer Elise and bande member Yves laughing out loud)but my friend Deanna said Celine put her head in her hands and was laughing , Celine even missed her cue to sing so she motioned to the band to start over again. In fact she was so good about it I didn't even relize she had made a mistake, it just sounded like a longer intro It was great everyone seemed especially happy that night because they are off for a month. I also met with Mego, Celine's Musical Director of 18 years and the video and production lady Manouk. Both of them were very sweet and gave me their autographs. It was a wonderful way to end a beautiful night. Celine looked amazing and was just so sweet to her dancers and musicians. She was definatly worth seeing twice and I really really want to see her again, she is an amazing artist. I am not sure if this is news enough but it was the most wonderful time in my life, I will never forget it. i thank Celine and everyone who was responsible or making tis show a most beatiful moving experience.
