Christmas is coming!

I know it may be a bit early to ask but I can already hear sleigh bells ringing from afar. So what are you getting your friends, family and special ones for Christmas?

 

If I were in the UK I'd give the newly released Barbra's "The Christmas Collection" 2-CD package. Either this or the 3-CD box set "Barbra Streisand: The Collection" will do. The cover arts are beautiful! So give the gift of Barbra this holiday season (I know I'm doing some hype for her again, as usual )

Oo! I cannot wait till Christmas! Not just because of the presents and all but that's when I get to see all my family! None happen to live here in Ca so they all fly out and we spend the whole week before Christmas and the whole week after together! I love my Grandma As far as presents go..I have no idea... !! I would go for the Barb items but don't think too many of my family members like her but maybe I should buy em' her stuff and make fans of them

I already got my Xmas present from one person. Let's see, the Xmas present that I'll be giving in return is Metroid II for the Gamecube Xmas is one of my favorite holidays of the year, probably go to midtown and look at the gigantic tree Maybe I'll even get Shania/Britney DVD as a gift for myself

It doesn't even feel like Christmas is coming... I'm SO not used to this warmer weather.... so it's odd to walk into Starbucks in a t-shirt and see Christmas decorations up..... LMFAO! I dunno..... they need to lay off the holiday til at least after Thanksgiving.. I think they overly push it and it gets annoying

I ordered lotsa CDs offa Amazon, they better get here before my mom comes home or she'll find them in the mail and the surpise will be ruined. I really want a secure digital memory card 128mb or more, and these really cool InMotion speakers for my iPod.

I thing Christmas is my favourite of all.

Is so nice when all the family and frienda are gathering arround the christmas tree,opening the gifts and talking about everything.

I think this is the most precious think can hapen in my life,to be close to my friends and my mother is my best from all.

 

And further more I love winter and snow.How would be the Christmas in summer,somewhere in july it wouldn't be that nice anymore,isn't it.

I don't have much money and i have so many persents to buy. This period of time is very crowded for me since my dad's birthday was this week and my mom's is on 11th december.

But i defenatly feel the Christmas spirit. For the first time this year it was snow today in bucharest too only a few..but it was..i was so happy...a classmate called me just to tell me that...she does that every year...she's so sweet.

 

Oh..and don't be mad at me but you're thinking britney presents, barbara presents...and Celine?

Thanks for replying to this year's first Christmas promo topic! I enjoy reading each and every one of your replies, be it positive or negative. Yes I know it's still early to feel the snow and Santa coming to town but with today's holiday-economy ever expanding, we're all becoming consumers of a particular holiday, more or less. Christmas trees surrounded by artificial lights, everything on sale from turkey to CDs... Fortunately we still have the family get-together to cherish! Well, all you people saying/singing/thinking "I'll be home for Christmas", you're the "luckiest people in the world!" I know I won't be able to see my family this time around. We haven't celebrated any major holidays for three years now. We know we're not "saving it all for Christmas Day", meanwhile we're still enchanted by "the magic of" it!

I don't think it's too early though. In the town they already started puting up the decorations. Next wensday it's 1st of december.

Well yeah I feel it too Christmas is coming. I love then I hate it because I can't stand the trouble, and my depression. Also feel sorry for others too. Made the holiday too too commercial when it's not suppose to be oh well. Well on the positive side it's something soo special, and exciting cuz I get presents.!! haha!

So when is everyone planning to do their X-mas shopping? Today, I went to the world's biggest toy store, Toys R Us. There was a long line just to get in the store, even after you get in, there's another line to get into the different sections within. I've never seen anything like this before, it was crazy packed. I'm trying to get the red hot Nintendo DS, sold out in most places. Some of them don't expect new stock until a week before X-mas so it's going to be so hectic during that time.
