You can do many types of editing.  Look at Ashes music video.  Her face is edited.     Look at every single one of Madonnas tiktok/instagram videos.   All facetuned.

Wow this announcement on the Eiffel tower, the posters everywhere, the videos etc... this is a BIG comeback!! Im so happy for her and for all of us!!! She's everywhere on my social media!!! Love it!! Celine is back! And she's stunning !!!

I don’t think her face was edited much in the new video announcement. It’s more clearer like ala 2007. It’s not edited by bluring the face like the usual since 2011, that you can say it’s edited. She definitely did something on her face and I like it. For you to know if something changed look at the eyelids it’s more fuller than before.

Still it was all wet, windy and not the best "weather" for a singer! So there was CERTAINLY a lot of "moist" up there!! Maybe the heat of the floodlight (don't know if that's the correct English word) dried some drops.
