Y'all I'm under the impression Celine is taking Carrie's place tonight. The commentator on ESPN cheekily mentioned something like 'huh, no Carrie in sight? awaiting for her.' There is mention of bad weather though. Edited by celinish98

They are in a weather delay. So I think won't see her till right when game is going to begin is my guess.

Looks like it. It's cute the connection made between the sport and her music trajectory. Can't wait to see it, just seeing and hearing her in real time - or as close to it - is a win.

Yes. But the sliver lining is

1. She’s in the studio and most likely something is brewing.

 

And

 

2. We see she’s well and get to see her.

Just aired - no performance or anything, just a pre-shot video using IACBTMN as a way to talk about the "old flame" relationship between the teams. And then she got soaked. :)

It must’ve just been a plaque in that studio, I’m not reading too much into it. It looks like that’s the Studio at The Palms Las Vegas which is where TC album was recorded. I believe most or all of FIY album was recorded in Montreal/ Malibu California.

 

The video was nice tonight, but we all know Celine likes to do multiple things in one day, my question and arguably the bigger question is what was she doing at the studio, new album in English or French or perhaps new tracks for live shows for the future. :hmm:

There was a Dallas Cowboys player who was great back in the day named Deion Sanders, maybe that was their connection… either way what’s to be confused about NBC team light bulb probably went off from the nbc broadcast of the Olympics and someone probably thought, “hmm that would be neat” LOL… and they asked and she accepted is my guess.. she’s probably more open these small things since her illness/absence.

 

The sports world is embracing her, we had the Olympic sports Canada voice over…. We had her reading a Habs lineup, we had her at the NHL draft, a performance at the biggest sporting event in the world, The Olympics, and now this. I’m here for it.

And she always said back in the day she was like an athlete in her training and seems somewhat back to that in her rehab with SPS. What else might be coming guess we just have to be patient lol.

Do we know if Celine has ever recorded music here? I think this is the studio she did the French dubs for the movie “Love Again “.

At least now we have a new update from her. Just her appearance is already enough for us to know that she's ok and looking healthy and great and having the best time of her life. We just really need to learn to be patient.

 

I am liking her new managers, we are getting more appearances. More engaged in social medias as they promised.
