broadwaymike92 Posted September 19, 2021 at 10:21 PM Posted September 19, 2021 at 10:21 PM One of the most beautiful highlights in all of Celine's concerts is of course she sings MY HEART WILL GO ON. For a lot of super fans, the best moment really is the prelude / interlude that is played right before Celine even comes on stage to sing it.... featuring the classic TITANIC instrumental notably used in the film..... "Unwilling to Stay, Unable to Leave". Over the years, there have been some unforgettable versions on how it was done getting the audience to crazy to know that the song we all love near and dear to our hearts is coming. 1998-2007 Version: 1. Let's Talk About Love World Tour - the montage of scenes from TITANIC: THE FILM. It also features Julie LeBlanc's beautiful haunting vocals (I MISS HER), and Elise Duguay rising out of the floor and walking across the stage playing her Tin Whistle. In Celine's 1999 Millennium concert, the montage was updated featuring Celine's journey ever since (instead of scenes from TITANIC) 2. A New Day.... - The visual presentation of the Moon projected and the beautiful woman (not sure if the dancer is supposed to be "Rose") floating across the stage. It also features Jean Seb Carre on violin being surrounded by some of the dancers. In addition, you see BOTH popping out of the pit.....Mary Lou Guthier singing the haunting vocals and Elise Duguay on tin whistle. 2007-2019 Version - Celine singing the haunting vocals (which initially was initially played at the curtain call at the end of A New Day....) 1. Taking Chances World Tour - Featuring the montage of scenes from TITANIC: THE FILM2. Celine: The 2nd Vegas residency show and majority of her European and Asian Tours - Played in the Blackout 2020 - Present - The beautiful harmonized version of the haunting vocals as a trip (Celine, Elise and Dawn Cumberbatch).-Not sure if it's the 3 of them but you can all let me know below in the comments. 1. Courage World Tour - Featuring a video projection of Celine going underwater in slow motion. So beautiful and so unbelievable with the music. What is your personal favorite? Quote
idroveallnight Posted December 4, 2021 at 03:16 AM Posted December 4, 2021 at 03:16 AM Definitely the current version from the Courage tour. So beautiful hearing her own voice blended with itself. I just remember looking at everyone around me at her last show in Newark and everyone (even the macho bodybuilders) were balling their eyes out. I also love the version she did at the Edison Ballroom 2013 in NYC. It would be cool to see her to do an over the top arrangement like Jessie J did. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4T6Kw7Xtso 2 Quote

She will make you cry I wish the pandemic to be over so they can continue this tour and add more dates and wishing she'll come back again in my country. I definitely want to watch this Courage World Tour in person. I think I'm proud to show this kind of concert to my fellow peeps in my country. The last time was in 2018 just a simple show now it's Big prod. Edited December 4, 2021 at 05:34 AM by jpatdeleon09 1 Quote
MaiconSC Posted December 4, 2021 at 03:16 PM Posted December 4, 2021 at 03:16 PM For me the A New Day... is the best... the visuals, the dancers, the stage...But the Courage World Tour is the most creative/haunting one... the video is amazing, and her voice is so ethereal 2 Quote
remykyes Posted December 4, 2021 at 11:19 PM Posted December 4, 2021 at 11:19 PM For someone who was in the building during the LTAL tour, the feeling in the room in 1998 and 1999 was ELECTRIC. The heart stage was flashing before the clips from Titanic began and when those started and people realized what was going on, that we were about to hear the biggest hit song of the 90's from the biggest hit film in history, arenas went wild. I was at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus in September 1999 and Titanic mania was still in full swing and I thought the roof was going to blow off. It only got better during the bridge when Celine ran up to the ship's bow railing to finish the song. I think the most emotional goes to AND... the dancer floating through the air and the moon and everything made me break down and hard sob both times I saw the show. 1 Quote New Signature Coming Soon!
jpatdeleon09 Posted December 5, 2021 at 07:10 AM Posted December 5, 2021 at 07:10 AM (edited) Imagine if they include the song “Then You Look At Me”, the interlude (if you guys know the movie soundtrack) will be amazing with great visuals added. Btw, Someone made this before Edited December 5, 2021 at 07:20 AM by jpatdeleon09 1 Quote

ordinary fan Posted December 10, 2021 at 05:32 PM Posted December 10, 2021 at 05:32 PM I like them all, but the most interesting, haunting one is the one from CWT in my opinion Quote

This is what I thought too, that she was harmonizing with herself. That's why it sounds so f'ing incredible. 2 Quote
Celinelife Posted January 21, 2022 at 03:33 AM Posted January 21, 2022 at 03:33 AM I have a question, these interludes, are they pre-recorded or live. Not asking about MHWGO from CWT, it's obviously recorded. But other band interludes. Quote

Not asking about MHWGO from CWT, it's obviously recorded. But other band interludes. I don’t know about that, but I do know that a lot of the backing singers stuff is pre recorded. The songs which require a large backing vocal are often pre recorded and then made super loud and Barnev, Dawn and Elise just lip synch along to it Quote

But yeah, when the main singer can use prerecorded tracks, of course the back up singers can too Quote
