Zagreb show refund?

I have opted for a refund for a rescheduled Zagreb show as the new date is not good for me. I have sent in the ticket as required, but still more then one month later i am left with no ticket and no money. The organizer say it is due to a bank delay, the bank says otherwise... Anyone has any experience in these situarions.?
