I swear that Facebook group is driving me mad 😡 Every other post!! Discuss away if you must but can’t they at least keep it to the one post. Now they’re complaining saying we’re all mean for calling them out on it and if you don’t like it don’t read etc etc. It’s kinda hard to avoid when it’s every f**king post. Geez!!

I think the fans' entitlement is a little too much over this song. Neither celine nor her team ever promised or hinted that song in any way. Humberto shouldn't have said anything to start with but the amount of hype over this song- I truly hope it translates to streaming and not getting bored of it after listening to it 3 times( bc that's exactly what I think will happen and then once again celine and the team will be blamed left and right bc *no promo*)

Well I do consider entitlement some of the extreme reactions I'm seeing on the fb group for example. I'm not talking about the disappointment almost all of us feel.

 

Also, completely agree that they could have added something special for the vinyl,however I'm very impressed with the quality of the product so I'm ok with the one we have

I think the fans are just expecting that it will be released since he mentioned the date (valentines day). Now, he is saying that he has no control over the record company. I think the fans are just disappointed. I think he should have not responded to the fan about the released date since then he knows that he has no control over the record company.

I remember when the fan back in september while céline doing the autograph said that he’s excited about “play me like a love song” and céline were shocked. Do you think it affects the released date because of this? lol

With his extended experience in the business, I'm very surprised Humberto actually gave a date for the song to be released.

You think he would know better by now. If you are not Sony, never give a date - and Celine knows that very well and she deflects those timing questions.

Maybe it was really meant to be released on Valentines day and maybe that’s why humberto said that it will be released on valentines day. But Céline’s team changed their minds and now planning to release it on another date.

I don't know exactly what that it means... Bigger than.... That doesnt't says too much to me...if he speaks in terms of quality... I think dozens of Celine's songs are "bigger" than MHWGO.... But if he tries to say "bigger" in terms of success posibilities... I highly doubt it... MHWGO smash hit goes strictly relationated with Titanic movie sucess. Titanic was movie history so the song theme was heard everywhere and Celine will be, forever, for the general public, the Titanic song singer... There's no other possibility to reach that level in her career... Maybe if PMLALS is part of Avatar 2 in 2021.. hahaha and even with that... Leona Lewis theme song for Avatar was such a pluff... Some friends of mine even didn't know the Titanic singer was the same that Beauty and the Beast... not to mention Upclose and personal or Sleepless in Seattle... even they know the songs..
