Christophe Beaugrand est allé à Las Vegas à la rencontre de Céline Dion, la Star à la renommée internationale et aux plus de 230 millions d’albums vendus.

 

Malgré un emploi du temps très chargé, entre la préparation de sa tournée aux quatre coins du monde et ses différents projets, Céline Dion a pris le temps d’évoquer tous les sujets avec notre envoyé spécial : la fin prochaine et définitive de ses shows inoubliables au Caesar Palace de Las Vegas en juin, la préparation de son nouvel album et les nombreuses rumeurs qui circulent autour des collaborations artistiques mais aussises trois enfants et bien sûr sa nouvelle image plus spontanée et plus libre qu’avant.

 

Céline Dion veut montrer qu’une nouvelle vie démarre pour elle. Plus épanouie que jamais, elle est définitivement prête pour le prochain chapitre de sa carrière.

But of course for next year duh but the point is, they wont Announce anything like that until BST is 100% sold out or has passed. It could p*ss those off who bought tickets thinking she wouldnt be doing any Euro dates for the forseeable, especially for those who dont like festivals and are only going for Celine

We all knew a tour was coming though and with the announcement tonight, wrapping up Vegas, coming here in July and then back to start the tour in the u.s I doubt she will have much time for French promo until next year.

 

I could be wrong but in one sense it gives fans in France a heads up while she concentrated on the English career this year

i find her funny in english, the way she talks, i understand everything , because i would say the things the same way as her... My accent would be terrible though, i should take lessons at Berlitz

I agree, 10 years ago she would be somewhat be serious... Now forget it; it’s just a guess of what song she’ll bust into.

talking about her in the third person... it was a big thing here in Québec , because a tv program, la petite vie where popa and Réjean were always doing this, and Celine saw it at the time, She impersonated Moman at the adisq.

I understand the end was bad but we always at least were led to believe she lived life to her best when she was married as well.

 

She used to say when she had kids, that she started living the day they were born.

Sometimes you realise that there's something more out there.. That doesn't mean you weren't living good previously. You can't miss what you never had.

Also she kinda stopped living after the day of the cancer diagnosis, not just after Rene died. Thats many years. Took a lot of time and strength to go out again and start living on her own and experiencing things for the first time. So yes, now she is starting to live again, just in a different way.

Maybe sometimes but Inthink that's just her personality. She's broken into songs during her speeches at concerts, yesterday during the live event but she wasn't asked anything out of the norm. She says she has a song for everything so I think it's just her way of being. And maybe she's gotten a bit more sassy now that she deals more with business and other things she let Rene deal with. And I think people just naturally change with time, some get softer and some get more "edges". Plus so many years of taking criticism, I think now she's less willing to just turn the cheek so maybe sometimes shshe might be a little on the defensive.

 

I love this Celine. She's sassy but at the end she makes sure to show she is joking or not trying to be mean.

Exactly. I was at its worst in 2016, when she tried to convince the world (and herself) that she was doing absolutely fine after René died (the Fallon segment was so cringe...).

Then she posted that video of her singing the Sia song and it damn near broke my heart. It was so obvious she was in pain..

 

I really do believe she's doing much better now, but at times it still feels like she's just pretending. I hope she has someone to talk to about these things...
