She looks so slick and look at the area around her eyes and her cheeks. It so slick and even. I honestly wouldn't mind, because she really looks like a million dollar!! I believe her team put on about a ton of make-up on her.In the end she looks gorgeous but in the beginning of the video she looks almost like a drag queen. I think you're right it is the make up and lighting. Plus the effects of her illness and treatment. There are several images from the past where her face looks different and then the next time you see her she's back to normal.
