Celine's 50th Birthday Fan Video

Celine's 50th Birthday Video Instructions:

 

The song we are using for this video is "Celebration" by Kool & the Gang.

 

There are 2 ways you can contribute to our video.

 

1.) You have free reign to really do what you want, as long as it's full of love for our Celine! Here are some suggestions...

 

A.) You may lipsync, dance, throw confetti in the air, use balloons, cake, wear birthday hats, etc. Be creative, fun, and full of energy!

 

B.) You could include a sign with a short (no more than 5 words) message. You could have it say "Happy Birthday!" in your language.

 

C.) If you're shy, blow a kiss, make a heart with your hands, or wave to the camera or something simple.

 

2.) Recreate a moment from Celine's past. (Salla's amazing idea!) If you plan to do this, please let me know which photo or event you are recreating so we don't have duplicates, and also so I can tell you exactly what I need from you depending on what you're recreating. I think it would be really neat if you posed like a photo but filmed yourself and then started dancing or blow a kiss or holding up a sign, etc. Again, talk to me ASAP about what you'd like to recreate and I can better instruct you on this part.

 

You may do both options, but depending on how many participants we get will determine if both are used.

 

Since we are beginning this project early and giving everyone adequate time to come up with something great, I encourage you to film near a landmark or beautiful scenery that shows us what country you live in. Also, set up fan gatherings and film something together!

 

The ultimate goal of this video is to make Celine not only feel loved, but to make her dance and laugh!

REQUIREMENTS:

 

1.) Shoot your video in landscape.

 

2.) Record your video in the highest quality possible. (iPhone videos work!)

 

3.) Have the best lighting possible. (Outside is great natural lighting.)

 

4.) Send your video by March 1st, 2018.

 

5.) Include your name and the country you are from.

 

Please don't wait until the deadline to send, you can send it to me anytime between now and then. Upload your video to a file hosting site, as this will deliver your video to me in the best quality possible. I recommend Google Drive or Dropbox.

Wish I could. The video requires visual things I cannot do. And no, I don't really have anyone who could do it for/with me. I wish videos like these didn't have to be so visual, but when really specific ideas are chosen, there's not much room to work with. Sad I won't be able to be part of it, but good luck and I really hope people decide to participate.
