I’d be okay with “Only One Road” making a return. I’d rather “Call The Man” stay in the past. “Next Plane Out” would thrill me beyond words!

I absolutely agree with your list. Je ne veux pas would be a dream coming true, it's one of my favorite Céline songs ever. I wish she'd perform some of her early ballads using her current voice too, such as D'amour ou d'amitié, Mon ami m'a quitée and Trois heures vingt (in full). Also, Délivre-moi would be an excellent opener. Given that she's put a lot of obscure songs into the last touring setlists I still have faith that some of these songs will surely be incorporated in the future. I've said it before, and I'll say it again...I really, REALLY hope "Be The Man (On This Night)" will be performed during this tour. That song is long overdue for a live, onstage debut. ESPECIALLY in Japan! Fingers crossed!

I think we can understand her for lipsync those vocal killing songs or notes. But for some of the songs like because you loved me and to love you more, although it is tough and requires vocal techniques, I think Celine still can sing it no matter it is perfect or not.
