The only thing I dont get is why they put her in front of black screen when she is wearing dark clothes.

 

I only see her head and 2 wrists

 

that's the first thing I noticed too, it's like I watch a magician show,I'm waiting for a white rabbit to pop up.

Those speeches are definitely more fluid than these videos though. I'm sure if she spent an hour or two reciting it before she records these videos, she'd be fine. Instead of just reading off the TelePrompTer a few times and picking the best out of 5, as with this method, her sentences come off broken and her pauses while speaking break up what she's saying in an unnatural way.

 

1 hour or 2?😂 I used to spend that time to learn a year course @ school. lol

 

I don't see the point of reading or "rehearsing" it.

Whether it's french or english, no need to be a genius to say 1 min message to wish merry xmas and thank people for their support.

And btw she also reads it in french and it doesn't seem natural either...

The point of rehearsing is to know where to breathe and pause while speaking, so that she doesn't sound like a robot being fed her lines. She's trying too hard to do two things at once. Read a TelePrompTer and engage an audience through a camera. It doesn't come off natural for her. In fact, she had cue cards for the TAST CBS special, and she had them tossed because they didn't work for her. It's the same thing with these messages. Either rehearse it, or let her say what's on her mind. She may ramble for more than the minute or two the message should be, but that's what editing is for.
