I have started reading the gift of Imperfection and it is sooooooooo good. My therapist recommended I find it, so, amazingly, in an electronic format that my computer converts to Braille as I am totally blind, I did. I love her and Oprah together. So cool! She really helped me too and she can verbalize all the things we feel and give us some tools! That's really amazing.
