Tyler1991 Posted May 22, 2017 at 11:29 PM Posted May 22, 2017 at 11:29 PM The a new day has come special presented the most live singing, so I'll go with that one. I also liked her moment of telling the oscars story. Additionally she looked the best. And the special actually was decently mostly songs off that album. I also liked the la fureur special in 2002. The French special for sans attendre was also a favorite of mine. 4 Quote

And she had stuff to talk about after being away for 2 years. It was refreshing. 3 Quote https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PL54qnRGM2gMatthew Charles - "Fix You" - Live at The Stonewall InnStonewall Sensation - Season 15Originally written and performed by Coldplay

Shaun Posted May 27, 2017 at 02:31 PM Posted May 27, 2017 at 02:31 PM 100% ANDHC, although I think she looked the best during the All The Way special. 3 Quote Bringing you the world's only Celine Dion podcast show since 2014.Find us on Soundcloud, Apple Podcasts, Spotify & Amazon Music.
Alex_Incognito Posted May 28, 2017 at 02:09 PM Posted May 28, 2017 at 02:09 PM I remember after the ANDHC special ,I was in high school and my friends brought up how sexy she was. She really looked amazing and the excitement of having her back was sensational. Those were good times. 5 Quote "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990
DionFanAlways Posted May 28, 2017 at 03:51 PM Posted May 28, 2017 at 03:51 PM I'll tell you the one that wasn't my favorite, Le Grande. But yes, hands down was ANDHC. 3 Quote I have had the time of my life following this woman! Much love.

broadwaymike92 Posted May 29, 2017 at 05:14 PM Author Posted May 29, 2017 at 05:14 PM My top 3 were totally THESE ARE SPECIAL TIMES, ALL THE WAY and A NEW DAY HAS COME. THESE ARE SPECIAL TIMES - It was very intimate the way the stage was set up and it felt like no matter where you sat, Celine was talking and singing directly to you. and of course Rosie and Andrea Bocelli are both excellent singers. Even though Rosie is mostly a comedic actress, she can sing people!!! The Miami story they talk about always makes me laugh. ALL THE WAY - It was one of the most historical nights because that concert special not only it was her final before she took the 2 years off, Celine was the first concert ever to open the current and renovated Radio City Music Hall in 1999. Go great the venue stays up. All the songs Celine sang were all my favorites that she sang (even though she didn't sing MHWGO). Gloria and NSYNC still wowed everyone with their rendition of MUSIC OF MY HEART and both performers getting to sing with Celine. Loved how Celine got NSYNC to be more featured as background vocalists during the chorus parts of THAT'S THE WAY IT IS. And of course, Celine can really dance the CONGA with Gloria Estefan. A NEW DAY HAS COME - It was Chapter 1 of CELINE 2.0 seeing her back on the concert stage since her 2 year break caring for Rene, renewing their vows, and giving birth to RC. This show, it was really fresh and she talks about how much she has grown during those 2 years off plus she was also was the funniest during the moments when Celine starts talking. As every Celine fan knows, SHE LOVES TALKING!!! Her jokes about RC calling them their "NEW BUS" was the best especially when she explained how RC used to hate hearing his mom singing and he would start crying. Plus I love the inside joke she talked about being "THE BABY" of the family and that punch line.... "BUT WE'RE GETTING OLD". And of course, Celine blew me away with her duets with 2 of R&B's greatest acts Destiny's Child and Brian McKnight. FUN FACT: The ANDHC special featured Diane Gordon who joined temporary as Celine's backup singer in the place of Elise Duguay. For when Celine performed MHWGO, Julie LeBlanc did the tin whistle solo. Elise returned end of April 2002 / early May 2002 halfway through the promotional tour performing at Letterman, the VH1 Divas Las Vegas concert, and a few Radio station concerts in stadiums. 2 Quote
broadwaymike92 Posted May 29, 2017 at 05:16 PM Author Posted May 29, 2017 at 05:16 PM (edited) For me, "That's Just A Woman In Me" 2008. She's gorgeous, sexy, funny, energetic in that tv special. That was a great special and what was weird was that 2 additional performances were cut from the special. Other than the songs Celine sang on the Broadcast, she also performed the medley of IACBTMN / BYLM / TLYM and she also performed MHWGO as the initial closing. I wonder why they cut it. CelinesDIVO5 Posted June 4, 2017 at 12:42 AM Posted June 4, 2017 at 12:42 AM I didn't really like the TJTWIM special. I didn't like the format (which was the same as "An Audience With..." in the U.K.). The whole question and answer thing was very awkward, and the scripted questions that were asked were boring as hell anyway. Waste of time. Could have had more songs in place of that. The Will.I.Am duet was a bit of a cringe fest (although we got to hear that cool remix). It wasn't very well executed. The special as a whole kind of just fell flat for me. Really cool to experience the starting and stopping of filming these CBS specials. She had to sing Have You Ever Been In Love about 3 times if I recall...she would apologize...but I'm just sitting there thinking to myself go right ahead, sing it 300 more times and I'll be happy! lol 2 Quote

nowanorris Posted July 18, 2017 at 12:16 AM Posted July 18, 2017 at 12:16 AM Why did she have to do the song 3 times? I'm not sure - the song was brand new to her at the time. I definitely didn't notice any mistakes, but it must not have been perfection in somebody's eyes. Could have been something as simple as lighting or some technical sound was off in some way. Nothing at all noticeable to the audience that I recall. I'm pretty sure it was the only song this happened on. Everything else she sang straight through with just some awkward pauses for commercial breaks. 1 Quote

Did she perform Ten Days there?? Wow, that makes 8 songs out of 17 performed from the album, they were really focused on presenting the new songs (as it should always be!). Just one more reason to have this CBS special released Quote "Hush, now... I see a light in the sky"
CelinesDIVO5 Posted July 18, 2017 at 05:45 PM Posted July 18, 2017 at 05:45 PM Why did she have to do the song 3 times? Her dress was apparently a bit revealing lol...when they come back from the commercial break right before HYEBIL, and she sits down and says "oh, look! Over there!" it was apparently a joke as if to distract from the high slit in her dress, revealing more than should meet the eye.
