I bought VIP tickets on January 28th through TicketMaster France (I live in Spain). Shipping options were signature mail or DHL, no e-ticket option available. According to TicketMaster this is the payment status of my order: Payment status SOLDEE (PAID) means that your order is validated and paid for in our system, your tickets are guaranteed. And this is the Treatment status: Treatment status EDITEE (EDITED) indicates that your tickets have been published:- In the case of electronic tickets, the status is displayed immediately at the end of your order,- If you have chosen a mail, it means that your order has been edited for delivery to postal services.After being published, your order is delivered to postal services within 48 hours.There may be a delay of several days between the payment of your order and printing depending on the proximity of the date of your event.- If you have chosen the withdrawal stores, this means that you went to get your stores banknotes. I have writen two emails to TicketMaster asking for the expected date of arrival but I have not receive any answer yet. Should I have to worry about it or is it normal to have not received them yet? I had tickes for Celine' show in Las Vegas in 2014 but she cancelled all Caesars Palace concerts, that is why I am getting so nervous although there is plently of time. Hope someone can help me. All I can "help" with is by telling you I am in the same position: I have ordered 2 VIP tickets, none delievered yet :/ One appears editee(printed) and one not, the dates being 5th and 9th of July. I have also emailed once to no reply and their paid phone no cannot be reached, always busy tone. I am thinking/hoping they will be delievered just a couple of weeks before? Quote

VIP tix 9th of July 'non editee', not delivered yet.Parking ticket for Lille has been delivered though! hahaha.....the least important thing has been delivered whoohoow!But I think we don't have to worry about our tickets. It's just annoying not to know when to expect them and that it seems to be impossible to reach ticketmaster. Delivery can be anywhere from now untill a few weeks prior to the show.. With Eventtravel sometimes it was only 10 days prior... So we'll see! We will get them! When anyone has news from ticketmaster then please post! Quote

Not VIP tickets but Platinum, I bought them when it opened in February 3rd and didnt receive yet! I already sent 2 emails to them and nothing! Just bought premium tickets for Paris and it will be sent by registered mail. No other option. I was a bit nervous that I couldn't choose to print them out myself since I read many of you were still waiting for your tickets Quote

But, there was not an option to send them to the Netherlands I thought. I have to get them by the entrance of the o2 Arena. Still didn't receive my tickets for Birmingham as well so, I guess they will be shipped all together at once. Quote
