There will probably be a before and after party that the Red Heads are hosting.

 

They have planned the first France show, Lyon and I'm thinking the Paris parties will be very similar.

 

Since The Red Heads are mostly French speaking, I'd love for more people to join that will be speaking English

I have two tickets for July 5 that I need to sell. We bought an extra set because we thought my aunt and cousin would be able to meet us, but they cannot. They are in T Gardin Rang 1, which I believe is the back not the front. Just looking to recoup my costs, which came to $395 after transaction fees. Please let me know if you are interested.

AccordHotels Arena just said that they will only allow bags under 10 liters for tonights show (Ariana Grande).

 

I'm guessing that will be the case for Célines concert as well.

 

 

Someone asked if they can bring external battery/powerbanks. I'm really curious if that will be allowed.

 

The External battery/powerbank question was deleted. The arena is deleting all comments they don't like for some reason.. People are complaining about that.

Booked the seats two weeks ago , got ref number and printed it and was charged for tickets but got no confirmation email. Trying to contact Ticketmaster is impossible..they don't respond to email , messages on social media or phone.

The order says editee since the day purchase which according to their site means they will be despathed to postal service within 48 hours but on the tracking link it says no match! Very frustrating, probably a simple solution but with no response from their customer service it's a worry.

Very strange ...I've seen pretty bad stories regarding customer service by then and trying to get in contact while I was looking for info.

I was pretty shocked as I've booked with them before and there was never any problems.

Just one more question with the platinum ticket you got mailed ...did you get a confirmation email straight away after purchase or just when they dispatched them in the mail ?

It just worries me that we didn't get that but at the same time I have proof of purchase and reference number ....which I could provide to Ticketmaster fr If they would just respond.

We were very lucky to get front row Porte z for the 5th

So far no luck , calls keep disconnecting after being on hold forever and absolutely no response to email or any of the messages on social media. I'm shocked with the customer service of such a huge global ticket agency.

Well if all else fails I guess we have to go to the box office when we arrive in Paris! I'm praying they arrive in the mail this week. It's just worrying that we got no confirmation email even though we have been charged. Glad my friend printed the confirmation page at the end of the ticket transaction with ref number etc.
