I'm going to the Birmingham show on the 3rd. I'm just spending an overnight in London.

See that's the thing. Nobody knows for sure about Pepe's intentions and I think that's the way he likes it. He knows he's got Celine wrapped around his little finger. Why would he delete all his "gay" posts from instagram. :hmm:

 

I've been giving this a thought. All the posts on his Instagram are now just illustrations. I think he wants to keep the account professional since he's getting a lot of attention in the fashion world right now.

No. All I have seen is Celine having a good time in Paris. Nothing more or less.

 

What I am saying is that people fall for whatever they see online. Someone says something, people recycle it, it becomes big, other people pick it up, info is recycled again and so on.

But she did say she "witnessed live very affectionate gestures between the 2 of them.

This is not something she read online. :doh:

It's not as if Pepe is separate from Celine's musical career. That would be one thing, but he is part of her professional life too, as well as her personal life. And we just have to accept that whether we like it or not. Celine is not just going to discard Pepe after his performance has ended. So now we can't comment on Le Ballet performance any longer because it includes Pepe? Can we all be a little more tolerant please. :wtf:

Just came from the show and it was perfect. She was kinda lost during IDAN but the rest was pure bliss. I thought TT was the highlight of the show. The audience went wild with the No No No No part und Céline was her silly self after half an hour.

 

It always amazes me how deeply in love I am with this woman.

 

In this video you can hear that indeed she was kinda lost during IDAN :giggle:

There's a difference between discussing Pepe in relation to his performances during the concert and discussing Pepe in relation to Celine's personal life. Those are 2 very, very different topics and should be kept separate... I come to this topic to see updates on the show not updates on her personal life.

This is not something she read online. :doh:

This is merely an interpretation. People have created a narrative in their minds and will use whatever they see or read to further strengthen their perception.

 

In short: If you think Pepe is not gay and if you think Celine would have an interested for a back-up dancer she just met, then you are naive.

The only thing that is potentially maybe slightly possibly playback would be the d5 but seems unlikely considering she hits belts both before and after that which are clearly live. I think if she lipped that d5 she would continue playback for rest of song not just that note. I could be wrong though!! A brief playback in an otherwise completely live song would be how Abm used to be performed, so if that were the case here it wouldn't be the first time, though I genuinely think this entire song is live this tour!!

 

Just Like last year the c#5 in tous les blues and the ending belts in ordinaire were identical at 95% the shows despite being live, it just sounded the same. Same with the live c5 in iacbtmn back in the fiy tour. Some notes tend to sound the same night after night

 

Ohhh, and after reading thru 3 weeks of 90% bullshit responses about a pepe Celine

Romance I don't want even a single eyebrow raised about playback talk. At this point I'm more on topic than most y'all lol!

Absolutely, there is no denying that!

 

By the way, as far as her Anglophone tours are concerned, the current amount of live singing is more than what she's done since the days of the Celine Dion tour, right?

I know this is way off topic , and I apologise, but since everyone is speculating! I have a feeling that when Celine is really ready and interested in someone we will know. It has always been very difficult for her to hide her true feelings. When she is ready I believe she will show it without a shadow of a doubt. I for one imagine her with a Dave Platel , David Foster .type of man.( I am not saying it will be one of them) I imagine an old friend turned romance type of thing. ( of course once again its only my take on this) . I think she will need the old friend vibe to get it started. I may be wrong of course but I can't see her just meeting someone and starting somethig.I have the impression that it won't be a young man, she has never been into those, but a middle aged guy. I remember her saying that in all her video clips there was the young surfer kind of guy and she said she thought they were good looking but it wasn't her type. Well I guess time will tell. I just hope that her future new romance makes her as happy as Rene did!

That would generally seem true. Though we don't have much information on that tour so who knows!! We know 2 (at least) songs were playback then out of i think like 16??? The French leg of this tour was only 2.5 lipped out of 25 total which is when a greater percentage of live singing!!the English leg was 5 partial 0 fully lipped out of 28 songs in the first copenhagen show. Pretty astounding numbers!! Even fiy and ltal tour would have 6-9 playback songs with much shorter setlist, so to be down to 5 with a longer setlist is great.

 

So yes, I can whine about songs being removed, but overall we really are getting more live vocals than ever before.. even with 7 songs being cut since the first show. I think in London she will be back to the same English setlist she has done since 21st June.

I will always hate playback talk but even that is more on topic than what's been happening lately. I absolutely afree with Tyler here, and that rarely happens. lol You rock, Tyler, we just disagree about basically everything but you're awesome! :thumbsup2: Anyway, I also wish the gossip could be put in a whole other topic. Of course I am interested in Celine's personal life/happiness but I mostly come here for videos and updates, not as much speculation.

Which songs in the english leg are partially lipped? TPOL, IACBTMN, BYLM, ABM & TSMGO if i am right.

 

She sings a lot live this tour! Even songs She did not sing live before.

Aw, I thought the lyric in The Colour of My Love was "I'll paint the rain that softly lands on your window in May", not "that softly lands on your wind blown hair"! Can somebody confirm this for me? The real lyric is more beautiful :) Edited by Sazeliza
