Kavin was playing guitar at En direct de l'univers this Saturday, I guess they were not in repetition this week-end....

It's possible they were rehearsing last week at some point, I got the impression the weekend was for dress meetings and makeup looks for something we obviously don't know about yet! But who knows. They may have rehearsed today and yesterday.

I didn't know love until they loved me back to life because somebody loves somebody!

As much as I've always loved "Mr. Paganini," I'm ready for a change... I'd love it if they have a new interlude after IACBTMN/TPOL and then Céline comes out and does "Encore un soir" or "Ordinaire," followed by something more uptempo, in either French or English.

I say gone with mr. Paganini and the french jazz song after it, gone with all by myself, gone with incredible, gone with love can move mountains, gone with recovering too. Time for a big change!

Ain't gonna look the other way, right in front of you, tell him with hologram Barbra, then you look at me, full radio version of a new day has come and that's the way it is. And if possible bring Think Twice in the setlist

New costumes isn't enough... this show hasn't evolved enough... it's a new year, a year since Rene passed away and a year and a half since Aldo fully took over managing her career.

 

There is a big enough team behind her and the recent new start from cirque du soleil guy, and I know things take time to try, tweak, scrap and try again but we need new visuals, at least 2 new "Celine" songs, not covers... and a new opening to the show, enough of the falling curtain, it's old and boring now!

I would agree. IMO they should announce these shows until the summer break as last performances of the current show.

 

Then come back with a COMPLETELY NEW show in September or October :wub2:

 

They have been cut and pasting this "show" now for 6 years :(

Yes I love Sia, but not another sad, depressing song like that please! We know that side of Céline in her songs too much unfortunately. But tell me about House On Fire, Move Your Body or that terrific improvisation of Cheap Thrills, and I'm all up for it! :yes:

I feel that they'll keep the falling curtain as it's become a bit of a trademark moment and Céline herself thought of it, didn't she? I agree there has to be New Céline songs if they are changing songs- noooo more covers. Surprise us, pleeeeease!

It was her idea but surely she has other idea's or her team does for opening the show... it's been the same for nearly 6 years, a new day ran for less years and evolved more.

Very cool that you got a response. I had tried a while back but he didn't respond to me. Could you ask him if he knows anything about the show being filmed in the future. Before everyone jumps on me yes I'm aware it prob won't be filmed till 2018 or 2019 but will it hurt to ask?

Things only become old and boring to us because we watch videos all the time. Some of us constantly go to her show and see it all the time. Of course it's going to get boring and outdated to us. In the real world, the general majority of people aren't sitting there tracking every move Celine makes. So it's not boring to the people who are more casual about going to see Celine do this show.

True.... but, let's be frank, we don't care about casual Celine fans, which is why we are members of this forum lol. :)

 

She said herself that she wants to impress " I want them to say, it was good, it was so good ".

 

So impress us, give us something new :)
