It's incredibly catchy, shows off her vocals, and has a meaningful delivery. But I don't think Les yeux au ciel has nothing to fear because of the "childish" theme: lots of adults are still 24/7 on the screen even when they're dining out with their partner in a restaurant, so that behaviour could be addressed as behaving like little children . At least in my country I've heard "oh look at him, playing with his mobile all day like a little boy and not paying any attention to me", and that said from a 50+ year old women. I think the song could have a double read and work very well on radios Totally agree with you and the concept of portraying adults transforming into kids while using phones etc despite being with their loved ones is something that can cater to a lot of people in this day and age. Also, it is very catchy and could have been a very good late-summer single. But first let's wait until we get the goddamn music video of the first single that was freaking released way back in May.
