"Ma Force" - Official Topic

Since there is no topic on this song yet, let me start one for a change.

 

This song Ma Force, just like Si C'était À Refaire, reminded me of two other songs. One of them I just found out (on this same night I did with SCAR) but the other will take some more time before I find it.

 

But this is where the verses of Ma Force do remind me of. Especially this line in Ma Force: "j'ai jamais voulu croire qu'on me consolerait"

 

And this song is beautiful!

Thank you for starting a topic for this song. I love it. A lot of people have said it sounds kind of country western-ish, and I guess I hear that but it somehow still works. I love this song. I think they put it in the right place on the album and it's so emotional. I am so glad it's been translated for us, it's just a great song. Sadly, wouldn't do well on radio but I still love it. <3

It's so strong in terms of lyrics and its acoustic/country vibe is what I love a LOT. I would love a whole album with songs like this. And the ending is extraordinary. The long note and those adlibs It doesn't finish so fast like L'Etoile or Les Yeux Au Ciel.

 

It reminds me of Acadian Driftwood Wishing for a live version!

I wished this one were on the regular version of the album. Not that it is an outstanding song, but it is a decent track, with a pleasant vibe. Could and should have replaced Tu Sauras for example IMO.

Why is this song only in the Deluxe Edition? I finally received the deluxe CD and the vinyl yesterday, and couldn't stop listening to this song. Very country sounding and I love it!

I'm in love with this Song. Yeah with the "S" cause it's has real instruments, a classic structure, great vocals, chorus, meaning, it delivers emotions and makes you wanna sing along.

It reminds me of "Just like Jesse James" by Cher and that's one of the greatest songs ever recorded.
