Starting an official topic for this beautiful song.

 

I bought the album this morning, and literally bumped into this song, can't take it off my mind ...

 

Does anyone know the lyrics writer, Alice Guiol ?

 

One thing is sure, Jacques Veneruso shows us one more time his great music talents !

One of three weaker tracks for me... A disappointment as far as Veneruso is concerned. It's not awful, don't get me wrong, but it's nothing exciting

Easily the best song of the album (excluding EUS and ALPHA which I already knew). Very honest, touching, heartfelt and her voice soars!

I just posted under the album topic, but thought I'd post here as well to see what others think. When I heard this, I don't know why, but I instantly was reminded of Elsa Lunghini. Does anybody get the same idea? I love this song! It's beautiful, haunting, and it's been stuck in my brain since I heard it this morning.

Awesome song. Not one of my top five faves, but definitely awesome and not one I'd skip. I'm a pianist, and this is one I can easily see myself learning and playing. Now...if only I had someone to accompany, that would be even better. LOL Any volunteers?!!!!!!

Same... Too early to tell but it's definitely inside my Top 3 along with EUS and ALPHB.

Random thought here but every time I've seen the abbreviation for this song, SCAR, it makes me think of Lion King. :giggle:

There was something familiar to this song, it somehow reminded me of my childhood, but I couldn't grasp the reason why. Now I know. Parts of the arrangement of SCAR reminds me of this (beautiful) song from Stevie B. which I heard lots of times on the radio when I was a young boy.

The album has some minor weak "spots", this is one of them. The song is boring, there is nothing fascinating about it.

No drama, nothing catchy, totally forgettable...

So far it's the only song in the album that hasn't clicked with me... But it's a first impression for now.

 

What hurts is that the melody was done by Jacques Veneruso, which has always been a genious to my ears :hmm:

Omg, what the hell are they just doing???? They are now officially insame. Among all these amazing good songs they took a boring and depressing album filler and released it as a single. OMG, I just can't believe that this is really happening Edited by ryba
