hi everyone i love writing poems.....so here is one i wrote in the year ''04''......

 

 

it is entitled ''WAITING FOR LOVE''

 

one day when the worlds lonely and cold,

i'll remember the time when our love was untold,

i will hope that one day you might see me as me,

and realise the love that could have been,

because those times,that we shared,

all too few,gone too fast,

were lifes greatest moments,

i prayed would have last,

every minute of everyday,

that i spent with you,

i believed that my dreams,

and hopes could come true,

though now that it's over,

and the worlds still the same,

i have no one else but myself to blame,

i should have realised,

but too blind to see,

that the love we once had,

couldn't have been,

 

now everyday,im breaking,

i miss you some more,

hoping that someday,you'll walk through that door,

as time is now passing,

more,and more faster each day,

i know i could love no other,

SECRETS

 

We don't have secrets to define them

We keep them deep,closed in our heart

Cause much of them we can't reveal

It is the finest secret keeping art

 

Too many voices that are teaching

But so less souls that want to learn

And everytime we try to hear them

It's other secrets that us concern

 

And why not try just to forget them?

Why?It is so easy...yet so absurd

Cause that is why we call them "secrets"

they are more than just a simple word

 

So if this world should be again created

Would God erase these tiny mysteries?

Or would He fill our lives with more

From which takes birth so much history?

 

If people could all this decide

Would they create the same old time?

would secrets still live in our hearts?

I just don't know...secrets can't be defined.

** Snow **

 

Flakes floating down from above,

covering my skin, soft and cold,

my way is secluded and rough

feeling myself so small and old.

 

Trudging through snow and ice,

not knowing what to do,

absent-minded I finally realize,

each flake is a part of you.

 

I’m stretching out my hands into the night,

catching the ones, which called me ‘daughter’

I wish to hold them forever tight,

but know they’ll melt to water.

 

My body starts to freeze,

every thought hurts like a chop,

and again I can’t breathe,

you’re leaving me drop by drop.

Generally I admire people, who are able to put their messages and feelings into a song or a poem. I always feel very touched, when the song or poem is written that good that EVERYBODY can feel the message, not only the one for whom it was written.
