Apparently, judging by Celine's gown, the photo was taken on Divas Las Vegas concert in 2002.

I didn't know that Nelly Furtado was there...??

For those of you that are so surprised Celine posed with Britney well i have a little story to tell you. Back when Britney used to be on top , she was listening to a Celine Dion cd backstage getting ready for the show and she was so moved and cried so much after listening to the cd that her show was delayed half an hour to give Britney a chance to compose herself and she said she felt like canceling the show because she was too emotional. Britney really loves Celine.

No, it was in 1998 at a charity dinner with David Foster; and that was one of Celine's wardrobe malfunctions: She borrowed this costume from Cirque du Soleil.
