OH MY GOD. I just send him money to buy all of his collection!! and he also can provide the tracking number to me. I am still waiting the mail but I found it he already refund the money to me. so I will see what happen next. So disappointed

I was interested to some of his rare articles. He sent me photos of the CDs but no more information. I asked him about more details, after the time the bad seller warning was out he did not reply again to my PM.

It seems so that this seller is untrustworthy, but no problem I have not paid any money to him.

Yes. Also the administrator cancelled my advice about him because he was insulting me (i didn't care about the insulting of a liar and a thief) and other people had been victims of this thief. I did all from here and not from ebay like you. I have a name and surname (if he had give me true ones). he changed modus operandis.

His ebay name is guillaum-6 . He claimed that he use his friend account to deal with me. His first approach is unwilling to use it but I rejected. now he refund the full amount to me.

This guy posted a topic on another celine dion fansite claiming selling his CDs for 400 Euros on February. I sent him the money twice, for the first time, the money was rejected by his bank because that bank did not accept payments from outside Europe, I got the refund from the bank after being deducted 140Euros for transferring fee. I sent the money again via western union and I paid the extra fees, he claimed the money and disappeared. Now I have lost more than 600 Euros.

I cannot believe that he has cheated someone before using the same trick and I cannot believe that I would be cheated by the same person again.

I know you're not gonna refund me, I just want to remind you to keep your conscience.

Yes Roland. One transaction went through as pay for goodservice the other went through as send money to friend option. Please could you message me how to do this, thanks for your help

for official payment in Ebay or others with Paypal I have no problems for pay back any money. For private payment with friend option I have never used this tool for pay back, but I think it is also possible to pay back the money. Please read the business conditions of PayPal, I hope you can find there something about pay back in private deals.
