There are a couple of videos on IG and I've seen a couple on various facebook accounts. Check my post on the previous page #1104 it will lead you to some links that have various pics/vids from the first two nights. It was too hard to post them all one by one and with some I got confused over which night it was from. (some went to both shows that's why)

It was an awesome show. If I could I would go again tonight. She is a very strong women. She needs to do what she needs to do. If that means coming back earlier then most think that is her choice. Not ours. We must not judge. She doing it for herself and Rene and no one else. And we must let her be.

I really think she's doing it for Rene only. Not herself. Its because its what he wanted. It can't be a good feeling for her to let it all hang out there with these heart wrenching lyrics every night only 4 weeks after he died. She's gonna have a nervous breakdown if she is forcing herself like this.

Now that I have access to this post (couldn't get to it when the old thread got locked) I was gonna add someone should tell him to tell Celine's people our idea of a live stream towards the end of the residency (that is if they aren't planning on a dvd release) He works for Celine so I'm sure he could get our message to the "right people"

 

No offense but he would be a dumbass to do that. What kind of tech person would be so presumptuous.

I don't know how Aldo and Celine and the people close to her work and how much they speak to tech people but I meant it more so because if I remember correctly he had said what a nice and down to earth person Celine is. So I was just assuming that he obviously has spoken to her before. So it's clear she's not like some artists who have nothing to do with the people behind the scenes. Sometimes trying different things doesn't hurt even if it doesn't necessarily work. Anyways it was just an idea...even if it does sound dumb to some people. I always say never say never. It always seems to be (for me atleast) the idea that is least favourable is the one that seems to work.

Thanks guys for following me on Periscope , as you can tell I had to stop, I didn't want to get caught , they where watching everybody that night, exp me , as for the ABM song I knew it was not the time to be doing that song now,, The 2nd show was a lot better , but still thing that was Robot Celine, (it just wasn't her),emotional not her, The show is still the same as it has always , Nothing different , A few of my friends did try and catch her trying to leave but to no avail , Both night We did try , She just wanted to get Home to the KIDS, and RC ,, Next trip is Montreal, in 5 months ,

 

Im still reading this thread, BTW I did happen to talk to Patrick if there il be a DVD of this so HE told me no not at this time.

Well I have to say that of course I prefer Céline to sing her own songs, but I do LOVE One more look at you and Are you watching me now. Her voice is amazing and the lyrics so touching.

 

Well, I rest my case for saying this, I know the most of you don't agree but I would LOVE a studiorecorded album with covers like the two from 23 feb, and also with The show must go on, Purple Rain (my fav at the time, so amazing!), You'll have to swing it an other of her unrealesed covers.

 

I just love to hear her incredible voice. So much! ❤

I kind of wish Celine still had her old band, especially now. I think it might make it a little easier for her to be surrounded on stage with people who loved and worked with her and Rene for years and years, rather than people she barely knows. I understand it's part of the new order of things, with a new manager, who was inevitably going to make changes . . but it still makes me sad.
