What I saw tonight leaves a bittersweet taste to me. Bitter because my favorite singer is obviously in pain but also sweet because she is still singing so damn well...! Despite the raspy notes which are due to her emotional state, her voice is in very good shape. I said it before and I say it again that I'm very proud!

May I ask a very dumb and perhaps inappropriate question? I'm not very educated when it comes to vocals but is Celine's rasp and the fact she's not able to sustain as well as she normally does tonight have anything to do with her vocals not being in good shape due to stress? I thought at first perhaps she's a bit sick but I'm not sure. Just someone re-assure me this I don't know in what way to put this but just tell me that it has nothing to do with her vocals being "wrecked" right? Her vocals will come back as the time goes on and she learns to deal with all this right? She is so brave in my eyes going up there after just one month. From the instagram video seems to me my heart will go on has reached that emotional level that it did back on the let's talk about love tour. It's refreshed and sounds just as good as the opening night version did. If it does return to playback they need to use one of those versions.

Immortality - the mobbing by the crowd was way worse than opening night. It was a bit much. She wore the white dress during this segment.

 

Abm - wow, we were surprised she sang this. She got really emotional toward the end after the high note and didn't sing the rest of the song as she was crying, and we gave her the best standing ovation and applause for her.

 

I felt like the Prince segment and Rdmh sounded very strong, vocally. She definitely got more into it as the night went on.

 

Mhwgo - surprised how well she got thru this. Sounded great. As did somewhere over the rainbow. I really like the speech she gave here.

 

Anyway, I'm almost back to my room and will upload the bootleg in a moment.

You're right it does... if you look at the user's page it looks like he may be a photographer of some sort. I wonder if he was on staff to help with the live stream maybe?

This is all stress on her and I imagine she has been some sort of sick with how she sounded most likely a upper respiratory infection or sinus. The stress she has went through is enough to make the strongest person crack, and through it all not once did the "robot voice" as she has called it before came out tonight.
