World Cancer Day Awareness

I have made this video

 

For my 30th Birthday this year. As it falls on the same day as the World Cancer Day, I felt like making a video hoping to create some awareness on Cancer!

 

Looking at what happened to Rene and Celine's brother, cancer is definitely a killer disease!

 

My mom passed away just last year on pancreatic cancer, she may not feel any pain but looking at my mom with the complications made me feel she was suffering and I felt the pain for seeing her in that condition.

 

For my birthday wishes, I am only wishing for good health and happiness to my friends and family.

To those who are fighting for this cancer, I am praying that: Hope will help to ease your pain and suffering!

I advise everyone to read a book by T. Colin Campbell with the title The China Study:The Most Comprehensive Study of Nutrition Ever Conducted And the Startling Implications for Diet, Weight Loss, And Long-term Health.

 

I'm reading it now and this is an excerpt: "Contrary to what many believe, cancer is not a natural event. Adopting a healthy diet and lifestyle can prevent the majority of cancers in the United States. Old age can and should be graceful and peaceful."
