Actually, those extensions were falling apart a lot at that time, she must have gotten them removed soon after that european promo.

yeah i have extionsions too...and the hair definately appears thinner at the roots...that has two reasons:

 

the extensions devide the hair into parts because of the weight they have

 

little "braids" seem to appear where they took hanks of the hair too connect the fake hair on it

 

that all makes the head skin more appearant...but in most cases their is no hairloss because of extensions

I try to do this when I go out dancing, etc. with my hair. Céline wins. Mine goes flat too quickly.

 

You should be bending forward then divide your hair and spray some hairspray on the roots works for me evertime

I'm just glad the tour is over and she can rest her hair. I know, it sounds weird, but she's really put it through hell in the past 7 years.

Do we know if she's still wearing a hairpiece with the new show? I definitely could believe she was wearing one to the Oscars and during rehearsal because it was very full...but now that she's changed back to the center part and it's not as big, I'm not sure?
