A lot of people go through what she and Rene are going through. She is trying to stay as grounded as possible. Rene needs her. She wants to show her kids this part of life and they are okay, she is there for them. 3

Preparing to go on stage without many of the musicians she has been performing with for, what?....25 years? And without her husband in the audience. However, I'm sure that as soon as the music starts, and the crowd goes wild, she's going to feed off that and enjoy those 90 minutes in a way that even she probably doesn't expect. 1

Answer: Trying to show her kids things happen, but you cannot be constantly crying and be depressed and like "oh my gosh" all the time. RC is going to be 15. Sometimes teenage years can go crazy, but so far so good. She has tremendous respect for him. He is showing strength. She is sure it is hard for RC to Rene that way sometimes because he has been his anchor and strength. When he was younger, and he saw his dad as a little older. But, as RC grew, Rene could show him a lot of things and they bonded a lot. That bond is difficult right now. She is sure it is hard for RC. But, what she sees day by day, he is homeschooled, a few reasons why, they do not want to take him away from people, they are taking care of that he plays hockey, he is the only one who straight teeth and he plays hockey. That's okay, she will fix them. He is a tremendous golfer. He just shot a 40 and 36, and that is not his best game. He plays like once or twice a week. Home school is because he goes to school 3 or 4 hours a day from a school in CA on the internet assisted by someone to make sure it is going okay. She is supported on stage, so he can be supported. But the bigger picture, is for 3 hours, RC has had amazing grades, and he has a life where he can achieve to spend time with his dad. He is bonding even more with the twins, they can play catch. It's very important for her, rather it is his dad watching him play golf or hockey, he socializes. They have sleepovers at their house, she is not ready to send him. They can see him. He can see his dad. Because school takes so much time, they leave at 6:30AM and come back for dinner, and shower and goodnight. But, the last two years, she cannot deal with that. She is choosing her battles. Her son is not negatively suffering from that. So, they are finding good solutions. Edited August 28, 2015 at 01:10 AM by NicoNV
