I did not like the photo they used. I don't get that with so many pics of Celine available they always seem to choose the ones that make her face look old.

Yeah she was part owner of PURE, but a few years after it opened, sold her share (long before it was closed).

 

The Schwartz restaurant is specialized in smoked meat and I think they own it since 2012. Here's a video of Céline & René eating there:

 

And she indeed doesn't own Nickels anymore.
