To me this song is about leaving somebody behind who holds you back and always thinks pessimistic. It's a great vocal showcase and song. Very different ballad by Celine

This song came on my ipod today when I had it on shuffle. Whenever I listen to it I can never listen to it just once. I have to repeat it several times.

I enjoy "Ain't Gonna Look..." quite a bit, too. It would fit perfectly well in "Celine." With that being said, I would have rather seen this song, "You And I," and "All Because Of You" placed on a "reloaded" package of "One Heart" a la Rihanna's "Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded." Then, on the "A New Day...Live In Las Vegas" album, I would have placed the live versions of "I Surrender" and "Seduces Me" on the disc with the live cut of "I Surrender" being sent to radio as a live single upon its release after the "reloaded" version of "One Heart" had been out for about a year.

Ain't Gonna Look is very underrated song with big R&B melody and fantastic clean notes. What notes does she reach in last minute? This song deserved a way better place, and You and I, than being last songs in extremely nasal live album. Couldn't they put it on miracle at least or on My Love as bonus? If Celine would make another Celinish album this would be the type of song she should record. Also I somethimes think that production feels plastic in this song, it lacks orechestration, stronger choir. But it would be hit if it was released in 2003 as a single from One Heart. This song could fit flawlessly in every album Celine made and that's why I like it. It would even fit on Dion chante Plamondon lol
