Elvis Presley was # 2?? In 2014? I know that he was huge in his day, but I don't think he's really translated at all to younger generations in the way that the Beatles have. And Neil Diamond was #7? I have a feeling the respondents in this survey skewed heavily to the over-60 set.

the strange thing is that Celine was no1 :P as for the ultimate pop star thing... my heart will go on doesn't get a red circle? what a joke :P

We know Celine was never a "singles" artist, Sony was focused more on selling her albums then pushing singles. I think that's

why "My Heart Will Go On" wasn't showing a bigger circle or color because it was only #1 for two weeks. Sony issued the single

late and then only issued a limited amount because they wanted people to have to buy her whole album or the soundtrack,

not just a single. If they issued more actual singles for people to buy it would've stayed in the Top 10 longer.

It's an interesting list though but just based on singles for each year. If an artist had several top 10 singles in one year they

scored really high and got a bigger circle. Yippee! LOL
