superstarleash Posted August 4, 2014 at 05:45 AM Posted August 4, 2014 at 05:45 AM Does anyone know if we are able to bring gifts/cards/letters for Celine to the Colloseum? If so, where do we leave them or hand them in to?? I have read somewhere that during A New Day she insisted she see everything the fans bring for her. But the Colloseum website says you cant. "As a general rule, guests do not have the opportunity to leave gifts for artists or performers." Quote http://www.celinerific.com/Signatures/ThinkSig.jpg
Angel2006 Posted August 4, 2014 at 07:05 AM Posted August 4, 2014 at 07:05 AM (edited) If it were me, I would buy something small and hand it to her as she walked in the audience during HDYKTMP. You have to make sure you sit in the right spot and wait for the perfect time. I'm sure Celine would take it and you will probably get some extra face time with her to. I would just give her a letter. It's the most personal and it's small enough that you can sneak it past security. It's also the best way of knowing that Celine recieves it herself. You think it's okay for me to hand her a letter during a song? I am front row for one show so could probably easily do it but I am scared security wouldn't let me...then it's just embarassing. Has anyone handed her anything before (during the show) ?? Edited August 4, 2014 at 10:45 AM by superstarleash Quote http://www.celinerific.com/Signatures/ThinkSig.jpg
minniemare5 Posted August 4, 2014 at 11:44 AM Posted August 4, 2014 at 11:44 AM I have given her gifts twice during the Celine show by giving them to one of her body guards before the show starts. He usually stands on the right side (facing the stage) about 10-15 mins before Celine goes on stage and he is always very nice and happy to give it to her. I did this in January and March and in mid March I got my "Falliing Into You" CD signed with my name and mailed back to me by Celine herself (The handwriting on the CD booklet matched the handwritting on the envelope). I wrote 2 different letters and had different addresses on them. In January I was considering seperating from my husband so I put my parents' address in the letter and in March I used my and my husband's address and she sent the CD to that address. The CD was in a package that I gave her bodyguard in January so she had to have read both letters and put the two together 4 Quote

That's some serious organisation on her part too isn't it!!?? Which bodyguard was it? Nick?? Quote http://www.celinerific.com/Signatures/ThinkSig.jpg
minniemare5 Posted August 4, 2014 at 12:17 PM Posted August 4, 2014 at 12:17 PM Yes I feel extremely lucky! I have given her letters before during the TC tour and of course mailed them to Feeling Productions but had never gotten a response. I also feel kind of guilty because I was dissappointed in January when I didn't get a response, and now knowing that Rene was undergoing cancer treatments, of course she didn't have time to deal with fan letters! It was a last minute decision to return in March, after my husband and I were working thing out, we decided to take a trip there together before I had my baby in June (I went with my best girl friend in January instead of my husband and it was the best girls trip . It's amazing she remembered/kept my letter from January. It wasn't Nick, but I wish I knew his name. He is African American and shorter than Nick. No facial hair. 2 Quote
Jessyka Posted August 4, 2014 at 12:24 PM Posted August 4, 2014 at 12:24 PM I guess giving the gift/card/letter to her bodyguard is a better idea than handing it to her during the song. It could throw her off.At least that's what I would do. 1 Quote http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/backup674/Banners/Image1.jpg

From what you described, It sounds like you are talking about Celine's bodygaurd named Michael. He doesn't have any facial hair. There are 2 African American bodyguard's that work for Celine. Vincent and Michael. Vincent is on the short side and has very big muscles, but has facial hair, so it must be Micheal you are reffering to. Quote

I would totally do it. Are you in an end seat where she could walk past you during HDYKTMP? If so, you could very easily just hand it to her as she walks by, or you could do what someone else suggested and hand it to one of her security guys before the show. When I saw Celine's show I stood up as soon as she was coming closer and I kinda stood out a little from my seat and reached my hand out so she would notice me without a dought. LOL. If you sit down and reach your hand out you won't have as big of a chance that she will notice you. That's what I think anyways. Quote

sfbaysinger Posted August 5, 2014 at 03:25 PM Posted August 5, 2014 at 03:25 PM Kinda random and slightly off topic, but now does anyone wanna send flowers or something cuz we know her break will be a bit longer now? Quote L'immensite de mon amour pour Celine! L'amour existe encore pour elle!
