The playing time of the film is 2 hours en 53 minutes on the deluxe edition and the regular dvd has the same playing time. Where has that one hour of never-before-seen footage been?! The additional hour of never-before-seen footage must be the performances from the Boston/Montreal concerts, as they were not shown in the cinema version of the film back in early 2010. At the time, I chose to buy the actual concert DVD. I'll have to get it soon maybe though!
