Celine buys house in Vegas from Rene

I know!! It's so sad

OMG. I can't believe I guessed it right. I don't live anywhere near L.A. LOL. I didn't know that Celine had a place there. I'm actually kind of shocked to find out that she owns a condo in L.A. of all places.

 

Celine has never shown a great fondness for L.A. She gets sick there all the time and tries to avoid going there whenever she can. I wonder how much money is spent on owning that condo. Kind of a waste of money when she's hardly ever there.

 

Celine is worried about not using the Florida house that often so she decides to sell it, Yet she keeps a condo that she very rarely uses. To me it would make much more sense to sell the condo and keep the house in Florida.

 

Yeah I get it, she's a celebrity who travels to many different places all the time and things are made more simple when you can own different properties around the world and not stay in so many hotels, but if I were her, I would sell that condo and keep the house in Florida.

 

I love the Florida house so much. It was Celine's dream home that she always wanted. She was so happy when she first bought that house and thought up the creation of everything and the interior design. Celine already had everything dreamed up in her head ready to go.

 

I remember her talking about her ideas and all the planning when she was on her TC tour. She would look through tones of magazine and put post its on all the things she liked on her days off from the tour. She was so excited.

 

I even remember her saying that it was her dream home and that she would never sell it, so it really makes know sense to me why she would sell her dream home for not using it enough and then keep a condo that she never uses.

 

Celine has her reasons I guess and lord knows she has enough money to buy and sell as many homes as she wants. I just wish she wouldn't sell the Florida home, when I know she loves it so much.

 

It kinda breaks my heart, because I have never heard Celine talk about a house so fondly as she did for the Florida home. I guess it all comes down to that huge water bill. I think Celine kind of regrets building that Disneyland sized water park. LOL.

 

 

I know!! No one should live there but Celine and her family because they built it with their own ideas. They decided what the color of the walls were going to be, what was going to be in the backyard, furniture, EVERYTHING. No one else should live there because it's not meant for them...only for the Dion-Angelil family I don't think anyone is going to buy it to be honest, because if someone has that much money to pay for a house, they wouldn't buy this house, they would invest it in something else or possibly buy a house with their own ideas in mind. So I'm not too worried of someone buying it in the near future, especially because her quebec house is still for sale LOL.

 

About the condo....I completely agree. The tour guide said she's owned it for a long time but there were paparazzi photos of her leaving the Beverly Hills Hotel in the beginning of the 2000's and later, so I don't think they've owned it for too long of a time, def not since the 90's. Maybe the tour guide was wrong or something but she named out Celine's name out of like 10 celebs she mentioned lol. Then I asked her later on about Celine and she told me all the info she knows about it ( which wasn't a lot lol).

 

They live fairly close, about 1 hour or less by plane especially since they fly privately and there's a lot of things to do here for the kids. Not to be creepy but in the pic of the twins and Rene that was on the katie show, the twins were wearing matching "California" t-shirts and it had the santa monica pier in the background soooo maybe they come here often to do stuff like go to Six Flags, Disney land, Knott's Berry Farm, or whatever....There haven't been any pics of them here like as a family so maybe I'm wrong but I don't know it's a possibility!

We never heard her about the new house, just for ones I saw there was a plot of land for sale in Lake Las vegas near the spot of her current Vegas house. And I just checked Zillow and even there Céline's house is stated as Not for sale. Maybe they/AEG didn't put it up for sale after all. and the hose next to the one of Céline (probably Maman Dion's house or the guest house) is also not for sale (anymore). Are you talkinga bout the florida or vegas house? Neither have been sold. The florida house is still up for sale and probably will be for eternity And the Vegas house isn't up for sale yet, they're going to put it up for sale once their new house in Vegas is finished being built.

Well I do know they did extend the one they have now, since she lived for more than 3 months in the presidential suite at Ceasars during the first few months of Vegas show.

If he is very ill, then I admire Celine for honouring her Vegas commitment, even if she hasn't done much else recently...

Okay I knew this would happen right when I saw the news lol. I knew people were immediately going to say that he was ill. It's not that I don't think that as well, but I mean come on he's still chairman of the board which is still a pretty high position. If he was terminally ill or just ill, or whatever, he wouldn't still be a position of the company, he would fully retire. If an announcement came out saying that Rene was retiring, THEN maybe we could make accusations like this, but even then it's still not the right thing to do or assume.

 

Besides, a fan met Rene last night and took two photos and posted it on instagram and Rene looks fine to me...he pretty much looks like he's always looked lol.

 

Yeah okay, maybe Rene really is sick and they're hiding something...but knowing Celine, she wouldn't continue with the show and do all that is happening right now.

Yeah. I read that the two houses are connected through the backyard somewhere, I forgot where lol. Linda practically lives with Celine because the house that her and her husband live in is under Celine's name because if you look up the house on that website that someone posted on here, it says it's owned by Celine and the address is 17 Rue Mediterra Drive or something like that.

 

I don't know what Celine is planning on doing for Linda and her husband house wise when their bigger house is finished..maybe buy a house next door or close by?? Who knows.

 

Caues I remember that when Celine moved back to Florida after the world tour, she said that Linda bouht a house like 5 minutes away from theirs so she was over there every day with her husband because they lived so close. Maybe they're planning on doing that this time, or because the house will be very big ,maybe they'll make a room for her and her husband lol.

Rene was well enough to attend Celine's show last night - a fan took a picture with him.

 

And he'll still be Chairman of the Board at Feeling, Inc -- so he's not stopping entirely.

Weird coming back to this topic after all what has happened and René's passing. Now we know why Céline bought the house from René ..
