25 years Stade de France concert. This concert introduced me to Celine's French music :wub:. I hope Celine will see the Eiffel tower very soon again...

They're rebroadcasting "Au Coeur du Stade" tonight on a French channel. Something I don't understand after all these years, is that every time they're rebroadcasting it, it's not the TV version that was first shown in 1999 (audio available on YouTube with different TLYM introduction and the Titanic instru before MHWGO) but the dull DVD version... I'm so desperate to see the first unedited version since I lost my old vhs. If I remember correctly, on the first version there was no blurry effects (added for the DVD release), the voice and audience sound was more clear, and the shots were different (just like TV version of Live in Memphis and the VHS release).

 

Really? There is a TV version of ACDS? Was the setlist different from the DVD version?

no, and a few songs are missing from the broadcast. The full MHWGO intro is included and the vocals are less polished.

I think she performed there for two dates? Maybe more? I think they filmed more than just the day that was for the DVD

Yes, two dates. ACDS is a combination from both.

No, it's the DVD version that was shown. Maybe l'INA has the tv version in their vault but it was never broadcasted again since 1999. Always the DVD version each time.

You can use vpn... and change to France or Canada...
