Anyway how any Titanic movies have you seen? I've seen the one with Catherine Zeta Jones & Peter Gallagher and the most amazing one with Kate & Leo. The first one is OK, or at least I used to think it was OK when I was 8 years old but the latter one still gives me goose bumps everytime i watch it and it happens frequently enough. It's been almost 17 years since it came out and it still looks fantastic, it'll look amazing even in a 100 years, it's like burning Atlanta from Gone With The Wind I still cry when i watch this and i still want to get off with Jack Dawson when the ship docks 1 Quote Love comes to those who believe it...
brujocrow Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Boy, did you ever get to see "the cook, the thief, his wife and her lover"? Quote Better the pride that resides in a citizen of the world, than the pride that divides when a colorful rag is unfurled. Neil Ellwood Peart

Jessyka Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Boy, did you ever get to see "the cook, the thief, his wife and her lover"? I have and I don't even know what I think about this one. Regarding Titanic, the movie from 1997 was the only one I saw, but I've seen documentaries about it and it's something that really fascinates me, I can't explain why. The cook...was probably one of the most disturbing movies I've ever seen. The adventure of exploring sunken ships, abandoned buildings, old mines sounds exciting. brujocrow Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 I agree with everything you just said. For something really unusual, check out "Cabeza De Vaca" (movie). If you've ever read any Carlos Castenada you may get further insights into the movie. NIce to meet you, btw. Is it unusual along the lines of "the cook...", I'm almost afraid to watch it. Nice to meet you too. Quote http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff5/backup674/Banners/Image1.jpg

It's about the journey of a real Spanish explorer in 1527 through what would become the southern US. A journey from explorer, to slave, and eventually a healer.
