In Brasil, Loved Me Back To Life will be on the soundtrack of the new soap opera on Globo TV "In Family"

Lol this is a great news I think. The first time I heard the song "To Love you more" was in the Brasilian soap opera we used to watch... :D

 

Me too!!! But I live in Portugal were all these soap operas are watched.

I thought the song's title was "Waiting for You". So it was a surprise when I bought "All The Way... A Decade of Song" and there it was... "To Love You More". :laugh:

Great moments. Celine was a major star all over the world, with hit songs in English and French. :clap:

The soap opera suffers low ratings in Brasil, afaik. Still i hope this kind of promo does good for Celine)

yeah it´s true. But it´s normal, just second/third week of exhibition. It happens with all the new soap operas. We call it "soap opera´s mourning".

 

Plus, at the begining, only national songs are played. International songs will take some more weeks to be played.

Well, hope you're right! :) I haven't started watching 'Em famillia' yet cuz I watch 'Amor a vida' these days :) I wonder if Celine cares for brazilian soap opera actually :) Actually what do we know about movies and shows she prefers? We certainly know she loves 'Gon With The Wind' but c'mon - everybody loves 'Gone With The Wind' :-D What else? 'Sex & the City'? :-D

I don´t think she´d already seen a brazilian soap opera.

This soap opera will debut in Portugal next week and the song being used to promote it here is... LOVED ME BACK TO LIFE!!! :w00t:

 

I saw the promotion advert on tv right now and Celine's song was there. :clap:

None of these songs plays in this tv show in Brazil. The international songs are completly different, like Lana Del Rey's "Born to die". Like I said before, it's fake.

Yes this is one of the teasers used in Portugal with Celine's song (at 0:43). :)

Sad that only fans recognise Celine's voice on the teaser because "Loved Me Back To Life" had zero promotion here and radios simply don't play any of her new songs. :pinch:
