As the seller said, the single was signed. But it says: "Hugs & kisses, Céline xxx". But I gotta admit that I've never seen that on any promo nor a normal picture. It would be HIGHLY unusual for Celine to write hugs and kisses and she is usually a lot rounder in her "C"And three kisses.. However it's not a terrible fake. It was done by someone who knows her handrwiting. And maybe it could be real, but it just doesn't fit with what you normally expect to see from her.
