Celine's producers gave us exclusive permission to c opyri ghted material solely for making a remix. But I see one after another karaokeversions coming up using that material! That is for bidden! They gave anyone that can remix a song the possiibility to make their own remix of the song - only for sharing that remix on that site. Not on soundcloud, not on facebook, not here. So please don't put yourself in trouble and also this sharing on the forum brings the celinedionforum in d anger too. Until there is a official instrumental to be downloaded on itunes or from a cd, don't use this official c opy righted ma terial.

I have already purchased karaoke-version.com's instrumental, but I found this new one for download on facebook and used it, what's the big deal? It's not like I'm making money off it..

no that does not matter, it is not about if you get money for it or not, it is just not allowed to use these tracks outside that website. And that you bought the unofficial karaoke version online does not mean you can use these copyrighted material for a karaoke track now. See it like this - they gave us access to something we usually never have access to , but under one condtition : don't share the material online and only use it for remix purposes on that website.

The problem is, when you give everybody so easy access, everybody grabs it from the site, and now it is already even on youtube. Maybe their fault to make it to easy to do that. But it is still forbidden. If the real instrumental would come for download, that you can pay for it, that is a different story.
