They don't even update the site till 3am EST/ 12am PST and there is the chance that the announcement will be posted at normal work hours vs there usual early morning update. They make updates at midnight, when LMBTL was released, it came out at midnight, not when someone got into work the next mornin. It's just before 11pm mountain time, so hopefully another hour.
